company policies,terms and conditions


We do not hold every item on our website in stock so please allow 1-3 weeks unless stated other wise via email. as we will order directly from our designer on your behalf if any delays occur we will contact you in due course. if you wish to cancel your item please cancel with in  24 hrs of your purchase. a full refund will be given, if how ever you dont cancel your order with in the 24hrs there will be a handling fee of £25.00


Bespoke orders requires a 50% deposit before design and creating starts, this deposit is non refundable after 24hrs of purchase, once you are happy with your consulation. We will contact you within the design and making process with progress photo's to make sure you happy with the design and to see if any tweeks need to be made with time frame of postage, once happy with your bespoke piece we will post via recorded delivery or special delivery via royal mail, with a tracking code. Our bespoke designs are non returnable or non refundable unless damaged or broken within transit, we would require 14 days with a statement of the reason why you wish to return the item and photos of proof of damaged after you recieved your item purchased, we have to right to refuse once the item is returned.

***Earrings and underwear are non returnable due to hygiene reasons, 



ready to wear and designer items, if your not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us within  14 days of recieving your item, with an email stating the reason why you wish to return, your puchase must be returned not used or worn, or broken and in its orginal box and packaging,  cost of return postage is payed by the consumer, once we recieved your returned item please allow 30 days for a full refund.  overseas consumers please state " goods returned"  on your parcel to aviod custom charges as we are not liable for costs that may incur.


Costumer are to make sure all details of address ect are error free and correct at the time of purchase, we are not liable for these mistakes once the item has been posted. once your order has been made and recieved via our stockist we aim to post out to you  on the next working day via royal mail either first class recorded or special delivery, a tracking number will be issued so we/you can trace your item. lost post is out of our control, if item gets returned to us (can take upto a month) we will repost your item as soon as possiblle we how evere waiver the right to a refund. If your item isnt picked up within two weeks via your local royal mail office and returned to us we shall contact and redeliverey your item a handling fee charge will be charged £7.50.



your privacy is important to us any information collected and stored by us will not be used or sold on to any 3rd party, We will contact you for your permission for us to use photo's of your wedding day on our website or as promotional tools, payments that are made on our website are encripted ssl security non of your personal information or details can be or will be stored.
